Samurai7 is the anime remake of Kurosawa's Seven Samurai, which i watched a long time ago. it is good stuff, especially because of katsushiro the cute guy. almost as cute as howl in Howl's Moving Castle. unfortunately he can't fight very well, and so he is overshadowed by the less cute but oh so cool kanbei. who admits defeat even before he's started bleeding and so is nowhere near as admirable as kenshin. i have watched tsuioku hen over again for the 1097th time, and it is as nice as ever. i think what makes it nicer is the fact that i can actually understand some of what they are saying. you're too nice when you're not killing people. aah. glenda is going to laugh at me and tell me these people are fake and stop asking which guy is cuter cos they are all cartoons. it did strike me that it might be a sad thing to be content with such animated pictures when the real world is moving on outside. but what's there in the real world that i should be so sad to miss? anyway, this is rather backdated, but hello glenda, i have new twisty crayons for us to play with :D hello des, singapore is hardly sunny and by this time next year you will not be scared of dogs any more. hello iris, you came back just as i went MIA and now there's only a week till school reopens! hello swong, h, e, l and o are letters, not words, hurhur bimbo yourself! hello josh, don't buy up tesco's meat store again, eat veggies this new year's eve! and, sorry uni, but dictionary.com says fat is "having too much flabby tissue" so i'm afraid you'll have to find a new word to describe yourself. posted by gruff at 9:23 AM --------------------------------------------------------------------------
