Friday, November 24, 2006 today i remembered how much i liked genetic control and DNA tech. reverse transcriptase, restriction enzymes, DNA polymerase. big words that i could pronounce and that meant what they said. these days it's entertainment, public order and morality, religion. small words that anyone can pronounce but don't mean what they say. small words trying to be big. i also remembered how jo told us about pheromones. is this how i spell it. pheromones. if she's right then the library must be a breeding ground for them. because everyone is getting pmsy and rude. they probably get transmitted through the air-con or something. when i don't want a day to end i refuse to sleep at night. unfortunately all this does is make me grumpy and sleepy the next morning. the day ends all the same. and so i will not try to fool myself tonight. you know, you only burn my bridges. posted by gruff at 11:00 PM --------------------------------------------------------------------------
