after 3 days and 2 nights of camp, i kinda miss it. sleeping at the spexgal and freezing and sleeping there again the next night because we never learn. getting 4 hours of sleep. listening to vid bark and the dogs reply. waking up with neck-aches cos the ground is so hard. being dragged by darr to bathe when all i want to do is sleep. screaming when bathing cos the water is so cold at midnight. having lots of good food right there waiting for me when i want it. making fun of the participants, like smarmy, tiger-boy, the "sian ah!" gang. playing silly camp games. the police that came and who we mistook for construction workers. SSS Dominic, who apparently moonlights as a community centre worker. the 0655 old man who's like a stick and who darr promised rice every month. stripey boy, the small mat who's so adorable. yeah. tiring, dirty, but alright in the end. posted by gruff at 8:46 AM --------------------------------------------------------------------------
