today was quite very fun, for a back to school day.
vidz gave me a glass with a giraffe on it that she said reminded her of me! hah. lessons were alright, with everyone sounding mad and glenda don't worry you're not that brainless and i'll still love you even if you are! math tutorial was stressful..comprex numbres loci is pure greek. after school we did some pw cos first draft's due tomorrow; my group at one end and vidz's group at the other end of the table. quite funny.
we needed a word to describe an educative process, but all i could think of was "oxidative phosphorylation". hahah. so we asked vidz and she said armageddon. then her eyes lit up in what i interpreted as enlightenment and she tried again anaconda. WHAT. in the end we settled for edification.
afterward zach and i walked down red house. on the subject of pontianaks living in banana trees he suddenly gives a little "aAhh", so i think he's trying to be funny. and i look up and there's this monstrous silver car coming up over the hill and it's heading right at me. and zach's already safely out of its path. i could have died. and when the car's gone, he goes "haha eh your reaction quite slow ah." maybe i would have been faster if he'd said something like "eh move got car" (4 syllables) or "look there's a car coming down you better move aside" (13 syllables). all make more sense than "aAhh".
after what i presume has been lots of bargaining and bluffing, dennis and humphrey are coming back in two weeks. so is chuin's sis, an irrelevant reference, but i bet she didn't have to try so hard.
