Monday, August 30, 2004 my legs feel like lead. 8 x 60m sprints for training. then full court street. while playing street juelin des and i realised something. our team is a fine mess. half of us don't even know where to run, how to get free, how to move the ball down, how to do everything. i'm not saying they're not trying, but trying only gets you halfway there. there is no way we're going to get up to the standard we need in half a year. and even if we make the standard individually, you need more to make a real team. a whole lot more. something has to be done. but i don't know what, and i don't know how. argh. stop the world, because I want to get off it's making me earthsick. posted by gruff at 9:26 PM --------------------------------------------------------------------------
